چکیده
The electrical transport properties of carbon nanotube/polymer composite films are investigated using temperatureand field-dependent resistivity measurements. By utilizing heatand chemical-based methods of cross-linking, it is possible to decrease the film resistivity by nearly 80% and modify the relative mobilities of electrons and holes, thereby altering the dominant carrier type in the films at various temperatures. The intrinsic scattering processes are unaltered in cross-linked films, indicating that the decrease in overall resistivity and modifications to relative carrier mobility are due primarily to increased nanotube connectivity within the polymer matrix. Despite the low volume fraction of nanotubes, the films are promising candidates for optoelectronic applications due to their enhanced electrical and mechanical properties.
